Tim Bikes a été fondé par Michel van de Gevel, un Néerlandais qui a un lien profond avec le cyclisme. Après plusieurs années à guider des tours à vélo à Madrid, Michel a décidé de créer Tim Bikes pour partager sa passion pour la ville et son histoire.

By completing and submitting the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following conditions, constituting the agreement between THIS IS MOTIONS S.L., representing Tim Bikes, and yourself. Please ensure that all participants listed in the booking are aware of these terms.
**1. Agreement and Participants:**
– This agreement applies to all participants listed in the booking (« Participants »). By completing the form, you affirm that all participants are aware of these terms.
**2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
– This agreement is governed by Spanish law and jurisdiction, regardless of your place of residence. TimBikes complies with Spanish laws and regulations concerning your booking.
**3. Booking and Payment:**
– Booking is confirmed when Tim Bikes accepts a completed booking form.
– All prices and payments are in Euros.
– Bookings should be made in good faith, and any speculative or fraudulent bookings are not allowed.
– You agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the use of your information.
– The balance of the full tour price is due 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
– Failure to make the balance payment by the required time will be treated as a cancellation, and charges will apply.
– Payment methods include money transfer or credit card with surcharge.
**4. Health Requirements:**
– Good physical and mental health are essential for tour enjoyment and safety.
– By signing, you certify that you have no conditions that would endanger yourself, or other participants, or affect tour enjoyment.
– Bike skills are required, if Tim Bikes does not agree with your ability, Tim Bikes has the right to decline your participation to assure the safety of other participants
**5. Images and Marketing:**
– You agree that Tim Bikes may use images, photos, or videos of you for promotional and publicity purposes worldwide.
– This includes media such as print, electronic, and the internet, without your right to inspection and free of charge.
**6. Changes and Cancellations:**
– Changes to the booking may be subject to additional fees.
– You may cancel your bike tour reservation without incurring any charges up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via email at info@timbikes.com or call us directly.
– Tim Bikes reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings.
– In case of bad weather the tour might be canceled or rescheduled in agreement with You and TimBikes
**7. Liability:**
– Tim Bikes, its staff, and its representatives are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses.
– Participants undertake tours at their own risk, and travel insurance is recommended.
**8. Privacy Policy:**
– Information provided is subject to Tim Bikes’ Privacy Policy.
**9. Agreement Modification:**
– No modification of these conditions is effective unless in writing and signed by a person authorized by Tim Bikes.
